30cm Giant Carbon Steel Blade Gaucho Knife- 100% Handmade, Stag Horn and Hardwood Handle with Solid Brass Accents - PL70/30-SW
An absolutely incredibly handmade, giant size Gaucho knife. Natural staghorn antler and hardwood handle measuring 4.75” in circumference and 6” in length, handsomely accented in solid brass accents. Heavy carbon steel Patagonia knife blade measuring a full 12”, a total knife measurement of 17.5”! Its spine is heavy and thick, measures 5mm thick. Handmade by Argentinian Artisans using age old techniques, which have been handed down through many years and generations of knife makers. Note: Because these blades are so large, they require special shipping across international borders, therefore any 26cm or 30cm blade is shipped without a sharpened cutting edge.

Materials are all naturally sourced from the Patagonia region of Argentina. Reduced for imperfection on rear side of staghorn handle, as shown in last photo, which could be a natural imperfection?? Also, the butt-end of knife, where brass meets the wood spacer, is a bit rough around the circumference edge.
