A working piece of art! Cuchillo, Gaucho knife a woven style braid with 20+ strands of rawhide leather, all done by hand and imported from Argentina. 14cm (5.5”) Stainless steel Schmieden knife blade with hand stitched rawhide blade sheath. The total lenght of the knife is 26cm or 10.2” Accented with alpaca silver and beautifully finished. A handsome piece for using, displaying or collecting.

Beautifully finished with hand cut and hand sown rawhide leather. Crafted by the skilled hands of the Argentine knife makers, who to this day still use ‘the old world techniques' and hand forging methods which have been practiced by many generations. (actually since the Spanish Conquerors introduced these handsome pieces in the mid 1500's to Argentina. Each knife if balanced to perfection, therefor this knife can be used by either a right or left handle user. Choose your handle color below.
