This is an especially decorative & elegantly designed fixed blade knife! Beautifully detailed with brass and alpaca silver, intricate trim at bolster, butt and along its top side. Hand crafted by hand and made with perfect balance! It has a ‘Schmieden’ blade with a fixed 14c (5.5”)m, full tang blade with convex edge. 440 Stainless steel for a lifetime of use and enjoyment, no matter what the use, in or out of the kitchen! The total lenght of the knife is 26cm or 10.2”
