Our authentic BBQ style Gaucho Knife is a great knife for anyone and everything! Full tang, stainless steel 14cm knife blade with natural bone handle, accented at bolster and butt with alpaca silver. Measurement of handle is 3" in circumference around handle at the butt end and tapers in size slightly to its bolster. Entire length of knife is slightly over 10” with a 5.5” blade. Hand cut leather sheath for blade protection, storage or carrying. Blade cover is made with leather pocket tab for carrying in a belt, pocket or boot.
