Knife blade is crafted with 440 stainless steel, handle is made with regional hardwoods from the sprawling pampas fields in central Argentina. Full tang 13cm - 5.12" Stainless steel 'Schmieden' blade with convex edge and thick spine. Total length of knife is 24cm - 9.45".
