Extra-large and long BBQ style Gaucho Knife! Full tang, stainless steel, hand forged knife blade with natural bone handle, accented at bolster and butt with alpaca silver. Measurement of handle is 3" in circumference around handle at the butt end and tapers in size slightly to its bolster. Blade measures 20cm (7.8”) with a total length of 33cm (10.2”) Hand cut leather sheath for blade protection and storage. Blade, cover is made with leather pocket tab or carrying in belt or boot.
