The blade length is 7.8” (20cm) with a total knife length of slightly over 33cm or 12.9”. This size knife is the favorite size of many cooking chiefs and BBQ-ers! Its handle is crafted of Osage hardwood, indigenous to Argentina and animal natural bone. Accented with solid brass spacers at bolster, center and knife butt.
