Our extra-large and long, 20cm - BBQ style Gaucho Knife - 13" in total length with a 7.5 " blade. (20cm).! Now ‘that’s a knife’! Hand crafted with a full tang, stainless steel, convex edged knife blade with a natural stag horn handle, accented at bolster and butt with solid brass spacers. Measurement of handles circumference is 4" at the butt end and tapers in size to the bolster. Hand cut leather sheath for blade protection and storage with tab for carrying in pocket, boot or belt belt. We also offer this handsome piece in the much smaller size of 14cm., which is the standard Gaucho knife length.
