Extra-large and long BBQ style Gaucho Knife - 33cm or 12.9" in total length with an 7.8" blade. (20cm) ....and it’s a beauty! Full tang, stainless steel, hand forged knife blade with natural stag horn handle, accented at bolster and butt with beautiful brass detail. Measurement of its handle at its thickest point is 4.25” in circumference and tapers slightly to its bolster. Hand cut leather sheath for blade protection and storage. Its blade cover is made with leather pocket tab for carrying in pocket, belt or boot. Because this knife is handmade in perfect balance, it can be used by right or left-handed users. Among the photos shown here, this 20cm model has been photographed next to our 14cm stag horn model for comparing the difference in the two blade lengths.
