This handsome and uniquely different Gaucho knife has a cowhide leather handle with rawhide hand braiding around its bolster, accenting its roughed appearance. Hand crafted with an extra-long, 18cm Schmeiden brand, stainless steel blade. The blade measures 18cm or 7.1", and a total length of 26cm or 10.2”. " Each piece is crafted by the skilled hands of Argentine Artesanias with perfect balance, which can be used by a right- or left-handed user.
