Designed in the traditional Gaucho style, hand crafted in Tadil, Argentina, world re-known for being the best place on the plant to purchase an authentic Gaucho style Asado knife! The knife blade is 13cm in length, is crafted with 440 stainless steel with an extra wide cutting surface and a tapered cutting edge. The handle is made with regional hardwoods from the sprawling pampas fields in the central part of Argentina. Total length of knife is 24cm or 9.5".
